in the freezer we have peanut butter ice cream pie made with dreyer's french vanilla ice cream and big chunks of dove chocolate on an oreo cookie crust. this one is rich and delicious.
Key Lime Pie
the key lime pie is excellent. extremely tart, probably twice as tart as you are used to but very refreshing because of the citrus. our key lime pie has a graham cracker crust and is topped with fresh whipped cream which is not as sweet as store bought. the key lime pie is the best i have ever had.
New York Style Cheesecake
we make two different types of cheesecake, a new york style with a graham cracker crust and a triple chocolate with an oreo cookie crust. the triple chocolate is layered with white and milk chocolate. both are very creamy not quite as dense as a traditional new york style but a little bit lighter because of that. we have two toppings available, strawberry and marion berry.
Chocolate Sweet Potato Pie
sweet potato pie is much like a pumpkin pie, about the same texture but not sweet or rich and has a very pleasing flavor. we will top it with homemade bourbon cinnamon whipped cream.
Carrot Cake
the carrot cake is topped with cream cheese frosting and pecans. our carrot cake has quite a bit of pineapple and coconut but no raisins and sometimes thats important.
Creme Brulee
the creme brulee is a soft egg custard with a caramelized sugar top. it has a very soft flavor and is probably our lightest dessert.
Macadamia Nut Pie
if you've been to hawaii you have probably enjoyed this island delicacy. our macadamia nut pie is shipped direct from kailua kona. a taste takes you back to the islands.
